Reimagining Wind
Multi-Rotor Wind Turbine Providing 24/7 Baseload Power at the Lowest Cost of Any Energy System*
New Dawn Universal Power (NDUP) has designed a proprietary 4 X 4 multi-rotor wind turbine array to produce grid independence and the lowest-cost energy in the smallest footprint, even in low wind classes (1.5 to 4) where conventional turbines can’t operate cost-effectively.It provides up to 20x more energy per acre and avoids other limitations from conventional wind, including massive cranes, heavy concrete pads and roadways. It also reduces bird and bat kills, and avoids sonic pollution and subsonic vibrations affecting homes and health.NDUP calculates our system will be able to generate electricity at $0.035 per kilowatt-hour in Class 4 wind conditions without any subsidies, compared to conventional $0.09 per kw-hour. Even in Class 5 wind, NDUP’s system would continue to produce power at about one-third the cost of conventional turbines. We will offer clean, reliable power for data centers, utility-scale wind farms, industrial facilities, agriculture, residential and urban markets. We will also produce Green Hydrogen for Sustainable Aviation Fuel and the growing transportation market, as well as reliable, low-cost fertilizer production given the Straits of Hormuz supply shortages. We project we can produce Green Hydrogen at $1.25 per kilogram on site, compared to $4-6 for making Green Hydrogen. Our proprietary fuel cell technology can replace existing storage batteries and utilize this Green Hydrogen for its fuel source. We’re seeking a one-time investment of $5 million (plus a possible $2 million contingency for tariffs and supply-chain disruptions), to go into low-rate initial production, sales and global patenting. We project self-funding by the end of year 1 and return of capital by year 2 end.
Technology Background and Development
The intellectual foundation of NDUP’s revolutionary multi-rotor wind turbine comes from Captain Professor William Heronemus, who is known as “the father of modern wind” for his invention of the 3 bladed, computer controlled, pitch controlled wind turbine. There are now 800,000 wind turbines of his original design. in operation around the world Our COO David Mager actually worked with Heronemus.

Later in his career, Heronemus sought to increase wind capture and turbine efficiency. He came up with the design of a multi-rotor turbine array mounted on a single rotating tower to capture more wind energy per swept area.Since his death in 2002, the technology was passed to his daughter and subsequently provided to the organization that became New Dawn Universal Power. Both NDUP’s COO David Mager and Board Chair and Chief Sustainability Officer Terry Gips worked on its development.Since then, big innovations and breakthroughs have taken place led by NDUP CEO and Chief Technology Officer Bill Richards, along with the company’s accomplished team of 18 engineers, scientists and legal experts. They have continued to innovate the technology with additional proprietary and patented products, advanced airfoil concepts and Green Hydrogen.
Capital Funding Sought
NDUP is seeking $5 million in initial investment capital, with an additional contingency of up to $2 million to cover tariffs, supply shortages and other unexpected costs. The investment will support prototype construction, testing, certification, initial production, global patent protection and the development of the company’s larger 24 MW 4 X 4 Array and Fuel Cell.Qualified investors and strategic partners may receive additional technical, financial, IP, and performance information following the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
